Honestly, I’m one of those people that prefer natural vs. the other stuff when it comes to putting stuff in my body.Lately I had been stressed and could not sleep well. Its been 10 days since I am using this and it helps me sleep better at night and refreshing on the next day. Read the composition. It is KSM-66 and root powder. We shouldn’t be getting diluted KSM-66 while paying a premium.
